Wednesdays we focus on physical fitness and athletic development through guided training sessions. Led by a coach, students participate in age-appropriate strength & conditioning exercises.
This day is designed to build confidence, discipline, and healthy habits in a positive and motivating environment.

Thursdays are dedicated to soccer training and gameplay. Students participate in skill drills, footwork exercises, passing and shooting practice, and age-appropriate mini matches that encourage teamwork.
This day is designed to blend skills with fun in an active environment.
